Marco at the Potato

It's posted on Marco's site that he is supposed to be playing there on Jan 21st. I live in Seattle so i obviously won't be making it but for those who may, well, now you know. I saw him up here a couple months ago... serious stuff.

Interesting. Hopefully he'll play something other than that weird techno stuff he did at his clinic. It would also be cool to watch him play on a normal-sized kit. He's a an amazing technical drummer. I'll probably check it out.

I kinda liked his techno stuff... it's different. Makes sense that he is into that when you consider that music is all over the place where he is from. He did play one groove in particular that was KILLER. He was breaking it down over the whole kit, utilizing the gong bass drum, integrating the toms perfectly into the groove... he is quite the monster. Also he is a great guy, very, very nice.
